My client is an International organisation with a European Shared Service centre in Belfast city centre. They are currently searching for an accounts recievable team leader to co-ordinate and manage the accounts recievable team of 12. This is a senior management role within the organisation and will report into the European Shared Services Manager. Duties will include:

*Management of daily activities of the team providing leadership and direction to staff
*Ensure staff are properly trained and follow standard processes and controls
*Improve processes continuously for efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
*Ensure month end activities are completed as per schedule
*Review and analyze aged debtor reports
*Report stats and address any service deficiencies

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in managing a small team and will be able to demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills.
