Q: Who advertises jobs on LoadzaJobs?

Q: Do I have to register to search for or apply for jobs?

No no no no no and again NO! We want you to use the best Northern Ireland Jobs Search facility available, it's easy to use so knock yourself out!. You can also read our great Northern Ireland Jobs News section, our CV writing tips and our interview skills sections without registering.

Q: Why Bother Registering at all?

Q: How do I create a CV using CV Builder?

Simple, once registered just go to our CV Builder and follow the step by step instructions. You will enter personal details, education, work experience and the type of job you want. It only takes a few minutes and hey presto you're done. Our CV Builder even formats your CV for you. Then when you see a job you like, all you have to do is select your stored CV and click on Apply Now for that dream job. You can create a number of CV's if you wish.

Q: Can I upload my own CV?

You can! We told you we want to make finding a job easy. Once registered you can upload your normal CV in Word, PDF or RFT format. Then when you see a job you like, all you have to do is select your stored CV and click on Apply Now for that dream job.

Q: How do I Search for a job?

This is almost as easy to answer as it is to do. Just go to our Northern Ireland Jobs Search page, fill in some search criteria and click on Search Jobs. Easy peasy!.
Our Advanced Northern Ireland Jobs Search facility works the same way only you get to input some additional search criteria and we deliver a more refined response.

You can search for jobs using keywords, categories, location and employment type. To search, simply fill in one or more of the fields (i.e. keywords, categories, location and employment) and then click Search Jobs. The more detail you specify, the more accurate your search results will be.

Keyword
We suggest you use a specific job title or job function. Here are some hints at how keyword searches work:

  •   fund accountants returns all jobs with both words
  • "fund accountants" returns only jobs that include the exact phrase
  •   management cost accountant returns all jobs with these words
  • "management cost accountant" returns only jobs with the exact phrase
  • "management accountant" OR "cost accountant" returns jobs that contain either terms
  • "management accountant" AND "cost accountant" returns jobs that contain both terms

Categories
You can search specific categories to refine your search. When using advanced search, you can also search roles (job titles).

Location
Refine your search to the area where you live or wish to work, or where you get the best pay!

Employment Type
You can view contract positions, temporary or permanent positions, and set whether you're looking for full time or part time jobs.

Recruiter Type
You can view all jobs advertised through recruitment agencies or directly by employers. To begin searching go to our Northern Ireland Jobs search page.

Q: How do I search for a job with a specific company?

Use our Recruiter Search to get a list of all recruiters on the system.

You can get a list of Employers only or of Recruitment Agencies only.
Another way is to use our Northern Ireland Jobs Search facility and enter the company name you want to search for in the Keyword box.

Q: Searching gives me too many results - how can I narrow the range?

When you perform a job search, the results are returned in order of relevance. To refine these search results further, enter a keyword in the "Refine your search with keyword(s):" box at the top of your results page and click the "Refine" button.

Alternatively you can use the Advanced Northern Ireland Jobs Search facility to fine tune the type of position you are looking for

Q: How do I apply for a job?

As you would expect, there is an easy answer to this also! Find the job you like and click the 'Apply Now' button. If you are not registered simply attach your CV, add a few personal details (employers always like to know the name of the person applying!) and you are done. If you are registered you can attach any of the CVs you have uploaded and stored on our system.

Oh and one thing to look out for, where an "Apply Now" button does not appear in the job ad it means that the recruiter has not provided a contact email address so we can't email your application to them! In such cases the recruiter will provide details about how to apply in the Job Description and these should be followed.

Q: How do I receive job email alerts?

When you do a job search, simply click on the "Email me jobs like this" link at the top of the page. Then when we see other jobs that match your search criteria, we email them to you.

Q: I have forgotten my password - what do I do?

Trust us, we know how hard it is to remember all those passwords. Did I use a combination of my pet's name and my new boyfriend's birthdayÂ….or was it a combination of my first boyfriend's birthday and my pet's name. There is no need to worry, if you need retrieve your password simply go to our Forgotten Password facility.
