Head of Human Resources and Training


 

An excellent opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's most dynamic companies in a key role as Head of Human Resources. The role would suit an experienced HR manager and duties will include:

• Development and managment of the Company’s human resources function, including training
• Coordinating the Company’s liaison with Universities
• Recruitment and training
• Staff planning
• Performance appraisals
• Personnel administration

This is an important role as it supports the Company in its strategic objective to recruit and retain high calibre staff.  It will also involve developing a Continuing Professional Development programme for experienced consultants and managers within the Company.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but should not be a barrier for the right candidate.
